I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York and Connecticut.  Apart from other counseling techniques, my approach to therapy is of a responsive style towards the clients’ needs.  Operating on the core values of being empathetic, genuine, and non-judgmental, I am positively committed to the belief that everyone has the capacity for change.  

I aim to develop a trusting, safe and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship to successfully treat you.  My role will be to assist you in creating a new perspective and guide you through your particular challenges in order to improve your quality of life. 

 

The source of my counseling approach is psychoanalytic in nature, drawing from Interpersonal and Relational Theory.
