Insurance Information

I currently am in-network with Cigna, Aetna and United HealthCare.  I am out-of-network with all other major insurances.  

 

Please contact me to discuss my fees if you will use out of network benefits or out-of-pocket expenditures.  I can provide you with superbills to submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement if you are using out-of-network benefits.  

 

Questions to help determine if your insurance plan will reimburse you for all or part of your expenses are:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?

• What percentage per therapy session am I eligible for reimbursement?

• Do I have a mental health deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year am I eligible for?

• Do I have a calendar year plan or contacted plan?​​​
